Angela T. Bjornson

Angela Bjornson passed away at home on August 19th, 2023 at age 91, surrounded by the family she so dearly loved.

Angela earned her Masters degree in education at Adelphi University while single-handedly raising three young children.  She taught at PS 91 in Glendale for nearly 30 years. She was an inspiration to all who knew her - a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and caring friend.

She will be missed by many.

Visitation to be held at Martin A. Gleason Funeral Home in Bayside, New York. Viewing is on August 24, 2023 at 4:00pm-7:00. Funeral Mass the following day at American Martyrs at 9:45.

Cremation to follow at All Souls Crematory at St. Michael's Cemetery
