Gerald Bien-Aime

Gerald Bien-Aime, born on March 26, 1958, in Haiti, was a cherished individual known for his culinary talents as a chef at the St. Regis Hotel. He passed away on June 26, 2025, at Long Island Jewish Hospital. Gerald leaves behind his beloved wife and children, who will forever hold him in their hearts. A wake will be held at Elmont Funeral Home on Friday, July 18th from 5pm to 9pm at 1529 Hempstead Turnpike, where all are welcome to pay their respects. The following day, Saturday JUly 19th, a funeral mass will take place at St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church at 11am, followed by cremation at All Souls Crematory. Gerald Bien-Aime will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.
