Gloria Lawson passed away peacefully in her home on October 4, 2024, at the age of 90.
Gloria (Yiddish name Goldie) was born to the late Jules Krupin and Shirley Cohen on January 19, 1934 in Yonkers, NY.

In her younger years Gloria was a restaurant owner, she even made it on the local news for donating food to the soup kitchen around the corner from the Four Seasons restaurant.  She retired  as a catering manager working with some of the top fashion companies in the NYC industry.

Gloria was an amazing companion, friend, sister, Mother & Nanny.
To know her, was to love her, She was kind, compassionate and Loving. Always willing to lend a helping hand, to tell a funny joke or just be there to listen. She enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, scrapbooking and loved to read. Her favorite TV shows were Blue Bloods and Little House on the Prairie.

Gloria loved and was extremely proud of her 4 Daughters,14 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. She loved to brag about them and show pictures to all of her friends in the building. Gloria was one of a kind and she will be greatly missed.

An intimate graveside service was held October 6, 2024 at Beth David cemetery where Gloria was laid to her final resting place.
